Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! The villa was equipped with all the comforts you could imagine, and more! From the spacious rooms to the well-equipped kitchen and the relaxing sauna, everything was perfect. The ski rental shop is literally across the street, which saved us the hassle of traveling far with our equipment. From the moment of booking until our departure everything went super smoothly and professionally. Any questions or requests were handled quickly and efficiently. All in all, we can't help but be enthusiastic about our stay in this villa. It exceeded our expectations on all fronts and made our holiday truly unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning here with our group of friends next year!

A very nice, very spacious and modern house. Large hall with extra seating and table was practical. Very spacious and complete kitchen with island / breakfast bar and a few bar stools. Tip: a few baking dishes would make it even more complete. Large dining table for 8 -10 people. There is a separate large sitting room with TV. Beautiful and spacious sauna room with access to balcony/terrace. The basement with a bar, large screen TV, sound bar and table football was great. The only downside was that the shoe heating in the ski room did not work. The heating in the house was more than good and could be regulated per room.

The house is located in a beautiful area with many possibilities for excursions and walks. The house is very spacious and you have a lot of comfort in all areas. You will certainly not be bored on a rainy day. The children really liked the basement with the football table. We have also made good use of the board games available! All rooms are tastefully decorated and there is sufficient kitchen equipment available. We only missed a juicer. There are large wardrobes in all rooms. Very sorry that the cleaning was not in order. The oven was downright dirty and the floors were sticky. Was that because we could enter the house 2 hours earlier than expected? We also had to ask for kitchen linen and that turned out to be just old rags. The toilet in the room at the front door is leaking and the shower door of the separate bathroom no longer closes properly. As a result, you always have a puddle of water in the bathroom after showering. In any case, we had a great holiday and we definitely recommend the house!

Because we were unable to travel due to COVID-19, we expected all the money to be transferred for a new trip, but we had to pay the rebooking fee

What a beautiful house! Our first reaction upon entering is this the common hall with the neighbors? It was so spacious! Very nice, because with such a large group you have a lot of stuff. The children also had plenty of space to play and play. What a wonderful house it was. Clean, spacious, new, fresh, cozy ... It had it all! In addition, the kitchen was also very nice. Again a lot of space and what a stuff there were present. From blender to bowls and bread rolls. Have even baked a cake in the existing baking tin -) Such a house we want every winter holiday again! The presence of the dryer and washing machine was also nice. And ... the sauna was lovely! As far as location is concerned, practically next to the spruce. You have to drive a bit to ski. But within 15 minutes you are at various areas. We wanted to ski somewhere else every day so driving was absolutely no problem for us. What is also nice is the house is low in the village. If it is a lot of snow you have no hassle with smooth steep roads up and so on. Niedernsill itself is not that special either. However, you can walk nicely if you drive a bit up, beautiful there!

Beautiful converted farmhouse with authentic elements. Plenty of space and excellent facilities, kitchen / sauna / ski room. Nice even though the games that were present. We enjoyed!

Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, sauna.Shop, ski rental and service on the same street.Very good contact with the house keeper. I recommend taking advantage of this offer.

The communication in advance and the arrival itself ran without any problems. The property meets the description and the photos very well. The location facilitates directly above the savings market, both the finding and the shopping -)

No reception and no information when and how we get into the house. Also any info in advance via email. We had to even the phone get cumbersome and have several times someone from the administration is trying to achieve. Then we were given the time and the code for the key mitgeteilt.Unterkunft was very spacious and well equipped. Near the supermarket very beneficial.
