Beautiful location, house quite new, living here is fun, but with a few drawbacks

Spacious, pleasant house in a nice area. The house is clearly well maintained and equipped with every comfort. Communication also went smoothly.

Take care of yourself: take off the bed linen, sort the rubbish, 10 euros is funny. I pay you a lot of money for cleaning. Generally poor quality kitchen e.g. unsharp knives, no fit, no detergent, no salt, dirty and scrap pan, handleless, much more.

Beautiful, clean and luxurious holiday home with all amenities. Located in a top location with a beautiful view of the Hochkönig. Excellent contact with the landlord who responds quickly to questions. An absolute must!

The chalet has perfect location. It was very clean and orginaized well. Some remarks: In some point the toilet paper, the garbage bag have finished and we asked more, but the person who was the poc told us that we need to buy ourself. Not all the bed were with linen. No laundery liquid was there ( we buy our self everything) We understand that this is the consept but you dont expect frim tourists that come to ine week to buy all of this. It should come with the chalet, it is basic.

Chalet was very nice. From the equipment everything was also available with the exception of a grill. Furthermore, there was only one hair dryer in the whole house.

We spent our summer vacation in this beautiful, modern and very large house. The reception at the handover of the keys was very warm and friendly. A special highlight for us was the sauna. A real treat after long hikes. The large terrace (heatable) was ideal for an extensive breakfast, dinner or a social get-together. Thank you for this great time. We will be back

Great arrival. Accommodation and surroundings were known to us because we also visited Lindenlodge 2 years ago.

Everything was on arrival, as discussed, prepared. Very nice house with good layout and plenty of space. Environment or road was unfortunately very steep up and down.

Unfortunately, the house has no house number and is therefore not so easy to find. It is unusual and actually unreasonable for tenants to dispose of their waste (waste glass and paper) in the recycling center of the community. Apart from these little things everything was great and we felt very well.

The contact before the arrival and handing over of the keys went smoothly. The house was very good. Comfortable, spacious and beautiful view. The explanation we got about the house and the environment was good, although everything spoke for itself. When we arrived in the dark we could not immediately see what the surroundings looked like. However, we saw in the morning when standing up that there was a construction site behind the house. We held our hearts for Monday morning and our fear became true. The peace for which we came was already disturbed at 6:15 am by the work traffic that passes right past the house and the whistle (knocking, drilling, ...). This was really a downer for our rest holiday!

We were here for the second time and have again enjoyed delicious in this beautiful luxurious chalet and the beautiful surroundings. A drawback this time were the construction work right behind the house. Two houses are being built there. From 7.00 to 16.30 the excavators and trucks were busy, which was sometimes disturbing.

Beyond our expectation. Heaven on earth. The location was perfect , the vilage has everything like stores and bakery. The house is well maintain and beds were very comfortable. It is for sure the best place i have stayed in Austria.

This is a fantastic accommodation. It has all that you could ask for and more. The surroundings views are beautiful and one that will stay in my memory for ever. We will be booking this accommodations again

The accommodation was nicely decorated. The environment is a dream for winter sports enthusiasts.

The house is wonderful, the accommodation is very high quality, the environment great.

Upon arrival, an extensive tour with explanations from the key manager. Delightfully enjoyed in this newly furnished luxury and beautiful chalet. Located in beautiful surroundings of the Hochkönig. Beautiful walks made in this area. We would like to come back again.
