There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a second toilet upstairs. The mezzanine, which you can access by a staircase, offer space for 3 more people. All bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and in 1 bedroom there is another 2-person sofa bed and on the mezzanine, there is also a 1-person sofa bed, allowing the house to accommodate up to 9 people. It is the ideal choice for both sun and ski holidays. Great for the sporty, active holidaymaker, but ideal for those looking to relax too. Kötschach is known for for its beautiful nature and healthy air. Kötschach's skiing area is very suitable for families and is within walking distance. The free ski shuttle takes 20 minutes to reach the ski slopes of Nassfeld, one of the largest skiing areas with 110 km of trails; after all the activities, you can relax in the subtropical swimming pool with sauna within walking distance. In the summer, the options are limitless: canyoning, rafting, mountain biking, mountain climbing, swimming in natural pools, fishing, horseback riding, golfing—and the list goes on. In short, delightfully enjoy in the sunny south of Austria.
